Harkly

A multi-tenant feedback, support, and changelog platform built around one loop: customers ask, teams build, and customers hear back. I built it in TypeScript on Next.js and PostgreSQL, with access-aware RAG over pgvector and Hugging Face embeddings, cited AI answers, agent actions, and a 50-prompt adversarial evaluation suite.
